Terms of Service
Welcome to epipingdesign.com! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform (the "Platform" or "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
The Platform is provided by the individual operator(s) of epipingdesign.com (referred to as "Provider," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This is not a registered legal entity.
Service Description
The Platform is a SaaS solution that provides online tools and calculators for designing and verifying industrial piping components according to established industry standards. The Service operates on a "freemium" model, where basic features are available for free with certain limitations. Full access and extended functionality can be acquired by purchasing a paid plan. The Platform is intended for use by qualified professionals, engineers, and technicians.
Account Creation and Usage
To access our full Service, you must create a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
Payment and Plans
Certain features of the Platform are available only via a paid plan. Plans, pricing, and included features are described on the Platform. Certain advanced features, referred to as "Premium Features," are available exclusively with the 1-Year Plan.
All fees are stated in EUR (or another currency if specified at checkout). Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider (PayPal). By completing a purchase, you also agree to PayPal’s terms and policies. The Provider does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Plans are billed in advance for the selected period (e.g., 24-hours, 1-month, or 1-year). All purchased plans expire automatically at the end of the billing period and are not renewed unless you actively purchase a new plan.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from online contracts within 14 days. However, by purchasing a plan, you request that the digital service be provided immediately and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
The Provider reserves the right to change plan fees or payment terms.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the data and inputs you provide for calculations ("User Content"). You must not misuse the Platform (e.g., distribute malware, spam) or attempt to circumvent security measures. You retain ownership of your User Content.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its calculations are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of results, or the correction of any errors, bugs, or faulty calculations. The Provider does not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.
The results from this Platform are not a substitute for professional, independent engineering judgment. All calculations and results must be verified by a qualified engineer before being used in any real-world application. The Service must not be used for critical applications where an error could lead to significant material damage, injury, or loss of life without independent verification by a qualified human expert.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from any matter relating to the use of the Platform. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for a violation of these Terms. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the "Delete Account" page, which will result in the immediate deletion of all your data.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the Platform itself, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), are the exclusive property of the Provider. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any portion of the code or visual design elements without express written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the revised Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why we do it, and how we handle it when you use our Platform, epipingdesign.com.

We use your data exclusively for these purposes:
- To run the Service and manage your account.
- To process your payment for a paid plan.
- To communicate with you, for example, when you send us a question via the contact form or when you need to reset your password.
- To ensure security and detect technical problems.
Who We Share Your Information With
We never sell your personal data. We only share it in essential cases with our key partners:
- Payment Processor (PayPal): To securely process your payment.
- Hosting Provider: Our application runs on their servers.

- We keep your account information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (including your account, saved calculations, and custom materials) is immediately and permanently deleted from the servers of our hosting provider.

- We do everything we can to keep your data safe, using encryption and other best practices. However, please remember that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed on the servers of our hosting provider and through our payment processor, PayPal. This means that your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of such information, represents your agreement to that transfer.
Our commitment is to handle your data securely. To do this, we have selected reputable Service Providers (our hosting provider and PayPal) which have their own robust security and privacy policies. We rely on the safeguards provided by these companies to protect your data.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time on the "Delete Account" page.
- You can reset your password yourself if you forget it.
